Susan was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and has over 42 years of health care experience serving her community. Her vast experience at Buffalo’s major trauma center, Erie County Medical Center were in areas of trauma, forensic dental medicine, medical-surgical step-down units, burn and wound care, home care, family medicine, and pediatrics. In 1998, she obtained her advance practice degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She spent many years as lead Nurse Practitioner in primary care at a private practice and then subsequently was honored to serve our United States Veterans as a provider at the Buffalo Veterans Health Administration. During her 27 years as a Nurse Practitioner, she has advocated health prevention, nutrition, organic skin care, exercise, yoga and alternative therapies to complement appropriate traditional medicinal guidelines. 

One of her passions is the fight against the opioid epidemic. As a previous member of the Buffalo Veteran's Hospital opioid committee, she advocated alternative methods for pain control including botulinum toxin (Botox) injections due the its safety and efficacy of various modalities of pain management for spasm, muscle rigidity in stroke victims, migraine headaches, jaw pain and more. In 2016, after researching the many advantages of botulinum toxin she decided to pursue further training and transition into the use of cosmetic botulinum toxin (Botox).

Susan is dedicated to continued education and volunteers her academic knowledge as a preceptor, adjunct faculty mentor and clinical preceptor for the State University of New York at Buffalo, Daemen University, D'Youville University and St. John Fisher University. She is ANCC Board Certified in family health and has successfully completed multiple specialized aesthetic certifications. She supports her nursing association as a long-time member and political action committee (PAC) contributor to the Nurse Practitioner Association and American Academy of Nursing. She is licensed to practice autonomously in the states of New York and Florida.

Susan’s treatment design is for her patients to enjoy feeling great about themselves both internally and externally, while both promoting health and wellness as well as following the highest standards set by the International Aesthetic Guidelines. Her holistic approach concerning organic skin products, gut-health, yoga, tai-chi, sleep hygiene and laughter is absolutely contagious.
